Last Updated: 12/1/2011Email blast marketing involves direct marketing using electronic email to target a specific demographic group. (patients) Email marketing campaigns can be tracked by capturing open and click rates to see how the campaign is doing. In order to engage in email marketing the list that is used must be an opt-in email list.
Email blast usually is done with the help of special software or through an email service provider. We use emma at our clinic.
At Midwest Vein & Laser Center, we use a single opt-in lists. Patients who opt-in have agreed to receive our monthly email blast and our list is updated monthly.
