| Hi Ron and Peggy: Great seeing seeing you yesterday and thanks so much for stopping by! It was a true privilege welcoming you to our vein clinic! I love the idea of spider obliteration via punch biopsy disruption of the network How do you pick the strategic target points to punch out? It’s just like severing links on a varicose chain by avulsion with phlebotomy hooks, on a micro scale..... Punch Nano-phlebectomy! Do you use 1 mm punches exclusively? I presume tumescent never obscures these intradermally located small vessels so it is never blind? Does it help to add veinlite? I presume no vessel marking is needed? Just tumescent and punch away? How densely are punches applied? Over what time do severed vessel network shrink away? Ever combine it with sclero? Extravasation a concern in that case? Just tumescent and punch away? Then just finger pressure for a moment? How deep do you drill the punch? I bet no compression needed after. Ever need to suture larger punches? Best, rich
