We tell our patients that they can fly 24 hours after sclerotherapy. There are really no studies that I am aware of on air travel after sclerotherapy. There should be no restrictions, unless you are using large amounts of foam.

Patients are constantly asking how soon can they fly after having sclerotherapy. What would be safe recommendations or advice?
